You will create a workshop proposal to educate your chosen group (either agin" rel="nofollow">ing adults or a gender group) to adopt healthy food choices and apply them to everyday life. My chosen group are the agin" rel="nofollow">ing adults.
You will begin" rel="nofollow">in with a short in" rel="nofollow">introduction (approximately 300 words) on the background of nutrition and behavior relationship and the reasons for this workshop. You will end the paper with a short bullet summary of future recommendations for lifestyle change. Be sure to note whether the research you have used as resources in" rel="nofollow">in your workshop has followed ethical procedures in" rel="nofollow">in methods and especially in" rel="nofollow">in the choice of a diverse population of participants. It is very important for gain" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing confidence of your attendees.
Generally, a workshop is a sin" rel="nofollow">ingle educational program of variable duration (could be from 45 min" rel="nofollow">inutes to two days) designed to teach or in" rel="nofollow">introduce a particular practical skills, techniques, or ideas which the attendees can use in" rel="nofollow">in their work or their daily lives. Sin" rel="nofollow">ince workshops are allowin" rel="nofollow">ing for some personal attention, they are usually small in" rel="nofollow">in size (6 to 20 participants) and are presented for a group that has somethin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in common. In your case, it will be gender or age group.
Please use the resources available for this week to help you in" rel="nofollow">in creatin" rel="nofollow">ing a successful workshop.
Your references should in" rel="nofollow">include at least 10 articles pertain" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing to the population of your choice. Up to five of these references can be from scholarly in" rel="nofollow">internet sources, in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing government and educational websites. The remain" rel="nofollow">inder of the resources should be articles published in" rel="nofollow">in peer-reviewed journals within" rel="nofollow">in the past five years. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing older articles may be in" rel="nofollow">included
