Writer's choice

Writer's choice discuss how the ideas in the reading might be reflected in something you would cook for friends or family. Specifically, how might you prepare a dish using these ideas and what would you call it? Reflections are to be turned in as attachments only and should be double-spaced Word files. Spelling and grammar ALWAYS count and you will be graded accordingly.
