In a role-play situation, pretend you are the manager and provide feedback on the employee’s strengths, weaknesses, and any opportunities for improvement. Durin” rel=”nofollow”>ing your meetin” rel=”nofollow”>ing, make notes of the conversation between you and the employee.

What would you do differently?
Prepare a report in” rel=”nofollow”>in which you reflect on your experiences from this exercise. In addition, submit a copy of the notes/transcript you developed durin” rel=”nofollow”>ing your meetin” rel=”nofollow”>ing.
