You are the HR manager for the GMFC manufacturing plant located in Central City. You have just received the following results from the Central City HR Consortium:

Local 384 encouraged its members to participate in the survey and has received the above results. Additionally, the union contract with Local 384 is up for renegotiation in six months. Management
is also concerned about the potential effect these results may have on the negotiations.
You have been tasked to analyze the survey results and present specific recommendations to the plant management team on issues that need to be addressed. Additionally, you must discuss the
potential issues these results may have on the successful renegotiation of the contract.
