Read some of the better-known Greek or Roman myths,Aesop’s fables, or classic fairy tales (not a contemporary children’s story or an already updated version by Disney) and write a MODERNIZATION of it. ( not a song, play or an epic poem) make sure your details are sufficient and consistent with each other. Be careful with paragraph structure. if you use dialogue, every time you have a new speaker, you must begin a new paragraph. DO NOT WRITE IN FIRST OR SECOND PERSON, unless in direct speech within quotation. feel free to use the past tense.
