Balanced Scorecard

“A balanced scorecard provides the framework to translate a strategy into operational terms by directly linking a set of four measures to a company’s strategy: financial performance, customer knowledge, internal business processes and learning and growth (Pearce & Robinson, 2009).” The Patient Advocate will develop the framework by means of balanced scorecard measures in attaining the mission and vision of the strategic plan as well as strength, weakness, opportunity, threats and trend (SWOTT) analysis. The customer value, internal operations and learning and growth quadrants of the balanced scorecard strategic objectives will be analyzed for The Patient Advocate as they apply to the organizational mission, values and SWOTT analysis.
