As Choc Delux provided the chocolate for Kim and Kanye’s wedding cake, as good will gesture they also provided the guests at the wedding with chocolate bars during the day free of charge. Unfortunately, in error the bars provided on the day are past their sell by date and on eating one, Kim’s mother Kris is violently sick and unable to do the exclusive interview with celebrity news show E News! for which she was to be paid  £50,000.

Advise Choc Deluxon the nature and extent of the Company’s liability to Kris under the tort of negligence.
