Identify two policy (macro), two community (mezzo), and two individual (micro) challenges that people in your community currently face in relation to retirement.

Write a 3- to 4-page paper in which you describe each of the macro, mezzo, and micro challenges you identified. Then, based on your research and evidence from the literature, propose feasible and sustainable solutions to these challenges.
Support your proposals with references to at least two or three journal articles.
