This is a group project to be undertaken by students working (my task is Examination of the transportation issues for the developments.)
is assumed that your group are cost consultancy and project management consultancy practice
and are engaged to advise the University on the relocation project outlined in Teaching Paper
Number Twenty. This paper is available under ‘Case Studies’

Tasks
1. Cost out the proposed training complex including the indoor and outdoor facilities plus the Arena exclude the footbridge.
2. Consider the environmental issues and sustainability of the whole development.
3. Examine the transportation issues for the developments.
4. Look at the planning and urban development impact of the proposals.
