Scenario
You serve on the board of a regional strategic committee for your local Chamber of Commerce. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the committee has decided to develop some resources for local small businesses so that they can reorganize their operations. You are assigned the task of creating a business process map to explain what steps are needed to reevaluate the strategic planning process for small businesses. This business process map will help businesses reorganize their priorities and strategic plans given the restrictions of the pandemic.
