Sample Solution

Duty: All the players in the movie had a sense of duty to their team, coach/teacher, school and community. This was evident in how they showed up ready to work hard each day with a desire to be successful. They were dedicated and willing to do whatever it took for their teammates, coaches and community to achieve success. The coach also had a strong sense of duty towards his players. He pushed them hard while providing them with guidance and mentorship that would help them grow as athletes and people. He wanted his team to succeed not only on the field but also in life after football.

Respect: The players showed respect for one another throughout the movie by communicating openly about their feelings and opinions without judgement or malice. It was a team effort – everyone was held accountable for their own actions which helped create unity among all members of the squad. Similarly, the coach respected his players’ individual talents, personalities and backgrounds which enabled him to foster an environment that brought out the best in everyone involved.
