Sample Answer
I once worked for a manager who was very controlling and micromanaging. He would constantly second-guess our decisions and tell us how to do our jobs. This made it very difficult to be creative or take initiative. As a result, morale was low and productivity was suffering.
One day, I was working on a project that was due the next day. I had a great idea for how to improve the project, but I was hesitant to share it with my manager because I knew he would just tell me that I was wrong. However, I decided to take a chance and share my idea anyway. To my surprise, my manager actually listened to me and gave me the freedom to implement my idea. The project was a success, and my manager was even impressed with my work.
