I have learned a lot about motivation from participating and engaging in class. I have learned that motivation is complex and that there are many factors that can influence it. I have also learned that motivation is not always about external rewards, but can also be about internal factors such as self-efficacy and goal-setting.

I am applying what I have learned about motivation in my life in a few ways. First, I am setting more specific and challenging goals for myself. I have found that when I have specific goals, I am more motivated to achieve them. Second, I am focusing on my strengths and what I am good at. This helps me to feel more confident and motivated to take on challenges. Third, I am surrounding myself with positive people who support my goals. This helps me to stay motivated and focused.

Here are some personal examples of how I am applying the course concepts:
