1.Determine where Disney fits on the Grand Strategy Matrix. Explain your choice carefully. DO NOT need to draw the grand strategy matrix. Then, list three specific strategies implied by your analysis.

2.Develop a QSPM matrix for Disney comparing what you consider to be your top three strategy alternatives derived from the assignments above. Make a final recommendation for the one best strategy for the firm to adopt based on your analysis and explain your choice.
