The level of collaboration between the various departments of the organization was just satisfactory as due to centralized departmentalization, there
were some issues involved in having smooth functioning of the organization

In order to have the smooth operation of the organization, all the heads used to meet on every fortnight and if there are some suggestions or issues,
they used to discuss it and try to resolve it

As mentioned earlier, everything had to undergo through the approval of the departmental heads, thus the communication between the departments
was very slow, decision making was not prompt and the ego and mistrust of the departmental heads used to clash with each other resulting in the
delay of various important decision and initiatives. This really hampered the organization in the short run as many decisions were not taken on time.
